ITM FAQ

• Why are we changing over to ITMs? ITMs allow a more personalized experience, the option for live teller interaction, and more features than an ATM.
• Will transactions take longer than the process does with a traditional teller? We anticipate that ITM transactions should take less time than transacting in-branch with a traditional teller.
• Are these machines replacing people? Are tellers losing their jobs? Our tellers are not losing their jobs. It is actually creating more teller positions in the bank.
• Will deposits be processed the same as it does with a traditional teller? Yes, the deposit is processed the same way.
• Can coins be put into the ITM, or does it dispense coins? The ITM function cannot accept, process, or dispense coins, similar to an ATM.
• Where are the ITM tellers located? They are located at the Brownsville Main branch, but they provide service to customers that use any of our ITMs located at our Covington, Atoka, Millington, Brownsville Dupree, and Jackson branches.
• Can people who are not customers of INSOUTH Bank use the ITM? Non-customers can use our ITMs for cash withdrawal needs using their ATM/Debit Card. However, the other features and functionalities are only available to our customers.
• Is this new technology secure? Yes, the ITM is secure. Our ITM tellers will use the same authentication procedure as our in-branch tellers before processing any transactions.
