Billy earned an accounting degree from Union University. He began his banking career in 1993 and has recently joined INSOUTH Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Billy's tasks include financial planning, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and recommending strategic direction. In his spare time, Billy enjoys farm life and cattle management.
