Human Resource Director
Natalie Lane joined INSOUTH Bank in 1990 and has served in key roles, including Controller and Compliance Officer, before transitioning into her current position as Human Resource Director. In this role, she leads the bank’s human resources function, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and organizational initiatives that foster a strong culture and align the workforce with the bank’s strategic goals.
Natalie is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt and has remained actively involved in her community. Over the years, she has dedicated her time to serving on the Haywood County Leadership Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Mid-South Regulatory Compliance Committee, Vice Chairman of the Brownsville/Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, and in roles with the Brownsville Economic Development Board and the Haywood County Leadership Class.
