INSOUTH Bank has recently received reports of customers being contacted by individuals claiming to be from our Fraud Department. These scammers may contact you by phone, text message, or email and may ask you to provide personal or account information, click a link, verify a transaction, or transfer money.

Please remember:

• Do not provide your account number, online banking credentials, PIN, security code, or other personal information to an unexpected caller.
• Do not click suspicious links in text messages or emails.
• Do not rely on the phone number shown on your caller ID, as scammers can make it appear that a call is coming from the bank.
• Hang up and contact your local INSOUTH Bank branch directly using a trusted phone number.

If you receive a suspicious call, text message, email, or link claiming to be from INSOUTH Bank, please contact us as soon as possible. Screenshots, phone numbers, messages, and other details may help us investigate the incident and alert other customers. When in doubt, stop and contact INSOUTH Bank directly before taking any action.
